1.  Investigating and analyzing environmental safety-related issues within the university; promoting environmental safety policies;

     implementing environmental protection, safety, and hygiene of MCUT.

2.  Providing assistance to teachers in courses related to environmental protection technology, safety, health, and hygiene issues,

     in order to cultivate advanced professionals in these areas.

3.  Encouraging students, staff and faculty members to actively participate in relevant academic conferences and activities in order

     to promote on-campus environmental education and to broaden students and teachers’ knowledge in environmental and

     related issues.

4.  Establishing a progressive, safe, healthful, humanistic learning environment that towards "sustainable campus" goal.
